In our words

Speak to

We understand that in most disputes, our clients would prefer to avoid potentially costly and time-consuming litigation. We believe that litigation should be the last resort after all options have been exhausted. Even after commencing a court case, we will explore other alternative methods of dispute resolution including mediation.

At every step we will advise you on time and costs so that you’re never caught off guard. We will do our best to negotiate and resolve the dispute as efficiently as possible.

How we work

Pre-litigation

Before commencing any legal action, we will explore all avenues to provide a time-effective and cost-effective solution for your dispute. We will do the necessary research, review the relevant documents, formulate proposals for negotiation, issue demand letters and liaise with the opposing counsel.

Making a claim

If matters cannot be resolved at pre-litigation, we will set the tone for court action by issuing a concise and effective Statement of Claim. By laying out the legal issues in our pleading, we put opposing parties on notice and enable the judges to form strong first impression of your claim.

Defending a claim

If you have been served a Writ, we will defend you. A well-crafted defence is as important as a well-crafted Statement of Claim. It’s important to set the stage right from the start and lay out your defences and counterclaim, if any.

Attending PTCs and hearing

We will attend pre-trial conferences, take appropriate directions, conduct necessary researches, prepare all requisite documents and present the arguments on your behalf in court.

Enforcing court order

After helping you with a successful claim, we will assist you to enforce your judgment.

What we handle
